Successful completion of two FlexCHESS Cluster Webinars with InterSTORE and Parmenides
We are excited to share the successful completion of two impactful webinars with our cluster InterSTORE and Parmenides! Each session gathered thought leaders and experts from across the sector to delve into transformative concepts for the future of energy communities, interoperability, and data space technology.
🚀 Webinar 1: “Interoperable Concepts for Energy Communities”
🗓 October 16, 2024, 10:00 AM CET
This insightful session examined the future of energy communities with a focus on hybrid storage and interoperability, offering diverse perspectives from our distinguished speakers: Nikolaj Candellari from CyberGrid for the InterSTORE project, Mark Stefan from AIT Austrian Institute of Technology & Vieri Emiliani from Maps Group for Parmenides, and Habib Nasser from RDIUP for FlexCHESS. Alexandre Lucas from INESC TEC led engaging presentations, followed by an interactive panel discussion moderated by Ludwig Karg from B.A.U.M. Consult GmbH.
🌐 Webinar 2: “Implementation of Data Space and Interoperability for Flexibility Services Using DES”
🗓 November 6, 2024, 10:00 AM CET
In this second session, we dove deep into the complexities of data spaces, covering critical topics like architecture, ecosystem development, and standardization. Special emphasis was placed on the role of ontologies and semantic interoperability for smart energy systems. Many thanks to our expert speakers: Tim Farnham from Toshiba for FlexCHESS Horizon EU, Léo Cornec from Trialog for Parmenides, and Ferdinando Bosco from Engineering Group for InterSTORE, with Mark Stefan from AIT Austrian Institute of Technology skillfully moderating the discussion.
Each webinar highlighted the value of collaboration and cross-sector insights to address challenges and harness opportunities in energy data interoperability. FlexCHESS, InterSTORE, and Parmenides are dedicated to advancing sustainable, interconnected solutions, and we look forward to future knowledge-sharing sessions! Stay tuned for more updates on our progress and upcoming events.
